Dear Friends,
Psssssst...
Mary Beth and
Barb flew of to Quilt Market in Salt Lake
City to get a first look at all the new
fabrics, patterns and other goodies, leaving
the rest of us in charge! So- I decided to
release the new newsletter while they are
gone. (Of course, this will mean any
typo's are my responsibility...) But
there are so many new classes and events
coming up soon and I just didn't want to wait
any longer!
Even though it
has hardly been a week since your last online
newsletter- a lot of new fabric has been
delivered to the shop! Since I have been
working on the newsletter the fabrics online
have fallen behind but I will be getting as
much as I can up this
weekend. Winsome by Nancy Halvorsen and
Benartex is soft and sophisticated, Peek a
Boo by Amy Bradley and Moda, is a humorous kids
line full of bright and cheery colors, and
Chez Moi by Sentimental Studios and Moda, a
bright graphic line, are just a few of the
newcomers. Visit the shop to see them now or
check the online fabrics early next week to see all
the new additions!

This is a trunk
show you won't want to miss. These quilts
were all created by Kim Diehl from Pocatello,
Idaho. Her That Patchwork Place book, Simple
Traditions, showcases the charming country
style pieces she is known for. Look carefully
at the appliqué - it is done by machine but
retains a hand stitched look!
